75-minute gentle flow hatha yoga class on the Alsóörs beach, near the children's bay, in the shade of ancient trees. The class starts at 8 am, at the same time as the beach opens.
75-minute gentle flow-style hatha yoga class on the Alsóörs beach, occasionally during the summer. Due to the heat, we start right after the 8 o'clock opening, so it is worth entering through the "back entrance"; we will be near the children's bay in the shade of the ancient trees. Please bring your own yoga mat or notify me the day before if you want me to bring one for you. The class fee is 2800 HUF (valid with both single class tickets and passes). Be sure to bring water to stay hydrated in the heat.
