The Harvest Wine Walk with Tasting is a 1-hour guided program in Badacsonytomaj at the Folly Arboretum and Winery, where participants can learn about the process of viticulture and winemaking during the harvest season. During the tour, they gain insight into grape varieties, soil characteristics, and, if possible, cellar work.
If you also enjoy the harvest atmosphere, if you like and appreciate fine wines, join us on an adventure during the harvest season in the world of viticulture and winemaking. Folly is not only an arboretum but also a vineyard and winery in Badacsony. During the program, you will learn how and what happens after the harvest, get to know the local and harvested grape varieties, and we will even tell you about the characteristics of the soil. If the current cellar work allows, we will also take a peek into the cellar or the preparation area. - Duration of the program: 1 hour. - The group size is limited (20 people) for quality service and maximum experience. - Starting location of the program: Central reception area in front of the Small House. - Layered clothing and comfortable (hiking) shoes are recommended for the program. - Participation in the program is at your own risk.
