Stahl Judit: FLÓDNI - improvisational gastro-theater from the Balaton Uplands

Flódni is a unique, entertaining theatrical experience where humor, cultural history, and improvisation meet. Judit Stahl launched her new stage venture in September 2023, which achieved great success with its first performances: premiere tickets sold out within a few days, and since then it has enjoyed numerous sold-out shows nationwide. The essence of the production is the magic of the moment: every evening new situations are created on stage, and the performers explore together with the audience the direction the performance takes. Humorous scenes are enriched with cultural-historical curiosities, local stories, contemporary celebrities, and exciting “cultural gossip,” while gastronomic references are also present. Thus, Flódni is both a light entertainment and an enjoyable, playful education. Occasionally, four actors from the large Flódni ensemble perform in the show, with Péter Novák as the permanent host of the evening, guiding the audience through the increasingly intense atmosphere with his energetic, witty presence. The production features popular and acclaimed artists from the domestic theater scene alternating. Flódni is as layered and rich as its namesake pastry: simultaneously funny, intelligent, surprising, and direct. It is a performance that creates a genuine community experience and is guaranteed to remain memorable for the audience.
