Antal Gábor Trio Jazz Concert with Contemporary Art Exhibition Opening and Fair

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the multiple award-winning Antal Gábor Trio, which has become a defining formation in the Hungarian jazz scene. Their music combines elements of fusion, modern mainstream, and classical music, all seasoned with the energy of rock and the sophistication of a traditional piano trio. They recently released their fourth album, Shards of Peace, whose premiere is a special sunset accompanying event of the contemporary visual art exhibition and fair organized by Heart & Cherry. The audience can enjoy not only the trio's pleasant soundscape in the garden of the Nagy Gyula Art Foundation's house but also view a contemporary exhibition presenting nearly 50 artworks, which are also available for purchase. An interesting feature of the newly released album is that the cover was designed by visual artist István Dukai, a creator closely collaborating with Heart & Cherry, whose works will also be available and for sale at the concert venue, along with the album itself at a discounted price. Guests choosing the combined ticket will be guided through the exhibition by curator Zita Sárvári, gaining insight into the history of the exhibited works, the diversity of creative processes, and interesting workshop secrets.
