Between Sky and Earth double concert in Gyenesdiás, Nagymező – July 18, 2026, Saturday (rain date July 19) The Between Sky and Earth concert series invites you every year for a single day – when music, space, and audience come together, creating something unique and unrepeatable. The music initiative launched in 2025 continues on the shores of Lake Balaton, at Nagymező, the most popular hiking spot of the Keszthely Hills, embraced by forests and mountains, in Gyenesdiás. The guest of the second chapter is again ZÓRA, the Fonogram Award-winning Hungarian-American singer-songwriter, one of the most exciting performers of the recent domestic alternative scene. The singer living in Los Angeles and Hungary burst into public awareness in 2022 with a live cover of "Iszom a Bort" and her first original song, "Mámor." Her music is personal and instinctive, revolving around avant-pop, alternative, and cinematic soundscapes, constantly pushing genre boundaries. Her voice is both fragile and powerful, and her performances are hypnotic inner journeys. The event opens with the Platon Karataev Duo. Platon Karataev's first Hungarian-language release, the 2022 album "Partért kiáltó," was a milestone for the band: according to Artisjus summaries, the album was one of the critics' favorites, also awarded a Fonogram prize by the industry, and the lyrics have become literature exam topics in many high schools. In May last year, "Napkötöző" was released, continuing to speak most personally about universal questions, and although similar to the previous album it looks at humans through the eyes of water, mountain, and forest, this time fire became the central element, so the songs revolve around the Sun. This time the songs are performed in a duo setup, with numbers from the new album as well as earlier compositions, and a glimpse into the upcoming new album will also be offered.
