The organizers reserve the right to change the program! -------------------------------------------------- *General Terms and Conditions (GTC)* 1. *Changes to the event program and lineup* The organizers of the event, the *Sun & Moon Team*, reserve the right to change the announced program and lineup without prior notice if required by technical, weather, organizational, or any other justified reason. The organizers will do their best to minimize inconvenience caused by program changes. The organizers accept no liability for damages related to program or lineup changes. 2. *Prohibition of bringing animals* Bringing animals to the event is prohibited, except for officially registered assistance dogs. Please note that animals may only be brought onto the ferry with a muzzle. We ask pet owners to prepare accordingly. In accordance with animal protection regulations, for the safety and welfare of animals, visitors are requested not to bring animals to the event area. In case of violation, the *Sun & Moon Team* reserves the right to remove the affected visitors from the event area. 3. *Ticket purchase and entry* Entry to the event is possible only with a purchased ticket or an invitation provided by the organizers. Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is canceled entirely. The event is free for children under 14 with parental supervision. 4. *Event cancellation* If the event is canceled due to the fault of the *Sun & Moon Team* or other unavoidable reasons (e.g., force majeure), the organizers undertake to refund 100% of the ticket price to purchasers. The organizers will send separate notification regarding the refund method and timing. *Important note:* The *Sun & Moon Team* is not responsible for other damages or costs resulting from the event cancellation (e.g., accommodation, travel). Our liability is limited solely to the price of purchased tickets. 5. *Disclaimer of liability* The event organizers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries, or any accidents occurring at the event, except if caused by the organizers' negligence. 6. *Code of conduct* Visitors are expected to behave in a cultured and respectful manner on the event premises. The *Sun & Moon Team* reserves the right to remove any visitor who endangers the safety of the event or does not comply with the event rules. These General Terms and Conditions apply for the entire duration of the event. By purchasing a ticket, visitors automatically accept these terms. 7. During the entire event, photo and audio recordings (photos, videos) may be made by the Sun & Moon Team or other visitors. By entering the event and purchasing a ticket, participants expressly and irrevocably consent to the use of these recordings by the organizers for promotional, marketing, press, or documentation purposes free of charge, without temporal or territorial restrictions. Visitors acknowledge that any appearance in the recordings does not entitle them to any claims against the Sun & Moon Team.
