The Gyenesdiási Bornapok is a four-day gastronomic and cultural festival on the shores of Lake Balaton, where local wines, craft products, and colorful shows await visitors. The event takes place on the Kárpáti promenade and is part of the West Balaton Wine Festival.
On the hot summer days of Gyenesdiás, a truly refreshing series of programs awaits, featuring folk artists' performances, a craft fair, exquisite gastronomy, excellent wines, and colorful cultural programs! In 2026, the Gyenesdiási Bornapok will be held again as part of the West Balaton Wine Festival series with gastronomic, wine, and cultural programs. During the event, wineries from Zala and Badacsony offer their wines, the aromas of lacipecsenye, lángos, and strudel attract visitors, craftsmen and folk artists offer their goods near Lake Balaton, on the Kárpáti promenade (the area behind the market).
