The album release was followed by a two-year album launch tour, which inspired the continuation: “The Song Is Ours 2.0” The two years of playing together naturally resulted in new songs as well. Just like with the previously released album, well-known and lesser-known LGT songs served as the basis for the new compositions, which Gábor Presser, János Karácsony “James,” and the members of Csík Zenekar present to their audience in a sound world imbued with folk motifs in the usual manner. The performance – complemented by unique visual technology, yet – truly creates the songs of the LGT band, formed over 50 years ago, on stage in a genuine Csík Zenekar environment, showing their audience that whether it is about music or stage show, traditional and modern not only coexist but in the right fusion create a whole new world in this fast-paced 21st century.
